Free Springtime Event Brings Skyline Hills Together, Demonstrating San Diego Unified's Commitment to Family Engagement
WHAT: Fulton K-8 School's Bloom Fest 2025 - A free and open to the public vibrant community celebration showcasing how Fulton and other San Diego Unified schools create supportive environments where students flourish through strong community partnerships. The event offers free family fun showcasing Fulton's PRIDE values: Passion, Responsibility, Integrity, Determination and Excellence. The event includes:
- DJ & Music
- Games & Activities for families
- Community Resources information booths
- Finger Food & Refreshments
- Raffles & Prizes
- Family-Friendly Fun
- Opportunities to learn about Fulton's STEAM-centered comprehensive curriculum focused on ingenuity, innovation, collaboration and problem-solving
WHEN: Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

WHY: Fulton's Bloom Fest is an example of how community support is woven into the fabric of all San Diego Unified schools, offering a firsthand look at the enriching community connections available to students throughout the district.
This celebration showcases Fulton K-8's commitment to developing the whole child through quality instruction, enrichment opportunities and valuing diversity. As one Fulton parent shares, "We are proud to be part of the Fulton community. The teachers' passion and care have led to incredible academic and personal growth for our child."
The Shared Vision of Fulton's learning community is to create an environment where all students and stakeholders are valued and respected, empowering high-achieving innovative thinkers, promoting character development and celebrating cultural diversity.
