SCHOOL ARSON REWARD RAISED TO $10,000
WHAT: News conference to announce increase in reward for information on
arson at Birney Elementary School.

DETAILS: San Diego County Crime Stoppers has matched the $5,000 reward
offered by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), so now
there is $10,000 offered for information leading to the arrest of a
suspect in the January 17 blaze that heavily damaged the school's
cafeteria and auditorium. The principal, district facilities staff and the
school's student body president will also be available to discuss the
rebuilding process.
