Spring Fun Café Brings Free Lunch to Students on Spring Break
San Diego children on Spring Break have multiple opportunities to have free lunches as Spring Fun Café begins a four-week run on Monday, March 28. Lunch is free to kids age 18 and younger at 10 locations throughout the City of San Diego. No application or proof of income is needed to participate.
This program is a collaboration between the San Diego Unified Food and Nutrition Services Department and the City of San Diego Park and Recreation Department, and other community organizations, such as libraries, YMCA centers and military child and youth centers.
