34,000 Students to Receive Extended Learning Opportunities
250,000 Nutritious Meals to Be Distributed at 70 Locations
WHAT: Press conference & showcase to launch San Diego Unified School District’s summer learning and nutrition programs for June and July.
WHY: San Diego Unified School District leaders will share resources and information to help parents navigate summer programming options and explore enrollment options for the upcoming school year. Officials will highlight academic support, enrichment activities, internships for students aspiring to be future teachers, and visual and performing arts camps, along with the district's established free summer meals program.
