Students Test Next Year's Menu Items
Today's Cafeteria Food Defies Stereotype

What: Student Taste-Testing of Next Year's Cafeteria Items

When: 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1
Where: Outdoor lawn area, San Diego Unified School District Eugene
Brucker Education Center, 4100 Normal Street (92103)

Background: San Diego Unified's Food Services Department will be
taste-testing next year's possible menu items with 160 Student Congress
members. The high school students will be surveyed about their reaction
to the food, giving some thumbs up, others the heave-ho.

Possible menu items include Pesto Chicken Sandwich, Teriyaki Chicken
Bowl with Asian Vegetables, and Tuna Wrap with Cucumber and Wasabi
Dressing.
