San Diego Unified is proud to congratulate more than 6,000 graduating high school seniors this June
WHAT: San Diego Unified Graduation ceremonies
WHEN: Tuesday, June 12 and Wednesday, June 13, 2018
WHERE: Various locations
DETAILS: Graduation season is upon us. High school Commencement ceremonies will be taking place Tuesday, June 12, and Wednesday, June 13. You are invited to cover the public high school graduation ceremonies listed below. We ask that you please be courteous when filming students and their families and respect their privacy if they wish to not be on camera.
Our Board of Education trustees will also be delivering addresses at the following schools:
President Beiser: June 12 – Serra HS at USD's Jenny Craig Pavilion, 2-4 p.m.
June 13 - Scripps Ranch HS at SDSU Viejas Arena, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Vice President Whitehurst-Payne: June 12 – Crawford HS at Crawford Football Stadium, 5-6 p.m.
June 13 – Morse HS at Morse Football Stadium, 1:30-3:30 p.m.; Lincoln HS at Lincoln Football Stadium, 5-7 p.m.
Trustee Barrera: June 12 – San Diego HS at Balboa Stadium, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Trustee Michael McQuary: June 12 - iHigh at USD's Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, 1-2:00 p.m.; Kearny HS at Golden Hall, 5-7 p.m.
Trustee John Lee Evans: June 13 - University City HS at University City Football Stadium, 2-3:30 p.m.; Mira Mesa HS at Mira Mesa Football Field, 5-6:30 p.m.
