PANASONIC "SCHOOL CHANGE AWARD" GOES TO KEARNY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

WHAT: Panasonic National School Change Awards ceremony, recognizing the
School of International Business at the Kearny High Educational Complex as
a school that has has risen "from being underperforming to exemplary,"
according to the program's notification letter.

WHEN: 12:15 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2011

WHERE: School of International Business at the Kearny High Educational
Complex, 7651 Wellington St. (92111).

DETAILS: In 1999, Panasonic created this award to recognize schools that
rose from being underperforming to exemplary. It is the only award of its
type in the nation, and the company is proud to bestow this national
recognition upon schools that have worked hard to improve themselves. The
award to the School of International Business at Kearny includes a cash
grant and donation of Panasonic products totaling more than $5,000.
