Bus Stops Transforming Into Art Galleries Through Inspiration From San Diego Unified Students
More Than Two Dozen MTS Shelters Getting Makeover from Collaboration with City of San Diego, Renowned Artist Cat Chiu Phillips

WHAT: Through Sept. 8, 2024, San Diego Unified School District students are turning the city into their canvas.
"I AM SAN DIEGO" is transforming 30 MTS transit shelters into stunning art galleries. This innovative project, launched in partnership with the City of San Diego through the Far South/Border North program and supported by Clear Channel and MTS, offers an unprecedented platform for young artists to share their visions with the entire community.
The student artworks will be displayed across 30 MTS transit shelters located throughout San Diego.
Members of the media are invited to attend the unveiling event and meet some of the talented student artists and participating teachers and administrators.
