DETAILS: Taft Middle School in Serra Mesa, where the San Diego County Office of Emergency Services held its news conference discussing the Great California Shake Out, welcomes back San Diego's media during the actual event. Classrooms will be available to photograph and interview staff, teachers and students. Parking is available for news crews.
