* 16 --Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Workshop, 6 p.m., Madison High School, 4833 Dolvia Drive (92117). Rep. Scott Peters (D-San Diego) is the keynote speaker at this event for high school students looking to learn about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), a single form used for applying for all federal aide for post-high school education.
