PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This Whole Site Modernization is a complete transformation of the existing Logan K-8 and Memorial Preparatory for Scholars and Athletes sites.

The project reconfigures the existing Logan K-8 campus to provide a new elementary school for TK-5th grades with a 6th grade academy, and creates a 7th-12th grade campus at         Memorial Preparatory for Students and Athletes. New buildings for the TK-5 campus include an administration, multi-purpose with food service facilities, and a two-story classroom building.

A 7th-12th grade campus is created by repurposing the three existing buildings adjacent to Logan Ave. into a theater, kitchen/cafeteria, and career pathways educational spaces. There will also be construction of a gymnasium, administration/library building, and two two-story classroom buildings

Please note: the Topping-Out Ceremony will place the final beam of the steel frames of the TK-8th grade buildings. Construction for the 9th-12th grade facilities is anticipated to start in fall 2020.
