*11 - GATE District Advisory Committee Parent Meeting, 6:30 p.m.,

16 -- Efficiency Committee Tiger Team joint meeting, 1 p.m., Ballard
Parent Center, 2375 Congress St. Joint meeting with all Efficiency
Committee Tiger Teams (Human Resources, Information Technology, Special
Education, Transportation). The existing individual Tiger Teams will
present their final reports and at 2:30 p.m. new Tiger Teams will be

*26 -- Bridging the Digital Divide: What Parents Need to Know, 6:45
p.m., Marston Middle School, 3799 Clairemont Dr. (92117). This free
community event provides parents and adults with the necessary tools and
resources to help keep children safe online. Pre-registration required

Tuesday: Powwow Workshop Soaring Eagles, 6 p.m. Ballard Parent Center,

Soaring Eagles student dance troupe, and pitch in to help the children
learn history, heritage and performance lessons. Part of Parent

Wednesday: Adams Avenue Farmers Market, 3- 7 p.m., Adams Elementary
