Thousands To Participate in Unique Edutainment Program
WHO: Harlem Globetrotter great, Tyrone “Hollywood” Brown, and students in kindergarten through eighth grades in San Diego Unified Mira Mesa cluster schools.
WHAT: Mr. Brown will educate students about the importance of having integrity, being responsible, being respectful, setting goals and making good choices in life. The 45-minute sessions blending ball handling wizardry and motivational speaking, will slam-dunk the message that being trustworthy, respectful, responsible, caring and fair makes one a good citizen. Everyone will have a ball!

WHY: Under the organization, P.R.O. Kids Group, Globetrotter alumni ambassadors travel the Country to provide motivational messages through school assemblies, camps, clinics and fundraisers.
DETAILS: Mr. Brown is utilizing these days to also support the Mira Mesa High School Sapphire Sound Marching Band in their efforts to raise over $200,000.00 for their performance in the 2016 Tournament of Roses Parade. A charity celebrity basketball game will be held the night of Friday, October 16, 2015 at the Mira Mesa High School Gymnasium.
