Sept. 15 Press Conference Will Announce Unprecedented Local Education

WHO: The San Diego Union-Tribune, the United Way of San Diego County and
the San Diego County Office of Education are joining forces to launch a
large scale, unprecedented effort to help boost academic achievement of

WHAT: Research shows that engaging students while learning in school, and
connecting students with the resources they need outside of school, can

announcement and to see it in action.
