SCHEDULE FOR ANNOUNCEMENT OF SUPERINTENDENT CANDIDATES

WHAT: News conference and announcement of final candidates for Superintendent by Richard Barrera, President, San Diego Unified School District Board of Education

The Board of Education is meeting in closed session today and is scheduled to select their top three candidates to fill the position of Superintendent. This announcement WILL NOT BE MADE EARLIER THAN 6 P.M. TODAY. Once the Board has made its decision, media will be given a one-hour notice of the news conference. The news conference will be held in the auditorium, Eugene Brucker Education Center, 4100 Normal St.
