NEWS RELEASE from the San Diego Unified School District, October 22, 2010

SAN DIEGO HIGH SCHOOL COMPLEX DISMISSED EARLY DUE TO POWER OUTAGE

SAN DIEGO -- Parent and guardians have been notified that school will end at
11 a.m. Today at the San Diego High Educational Complex due to a power
outage.

Students at the school are all safe as staff implemented emergency
procedures this morning. San Diego Unified maintenance staff and San Diego
Gas and Electric are investigating the cause, but believe it to be a problem
at the school and not with lines from San Diego Gas and Electric.

Parents or guardians needing information can call San Diego Unified School
District's School Police at (619) 725-5047 or (619) 725-8066.
